Mark Moyer has spent his career as a trial attorney. He dedicated over 29 years of his life as a prosecutor with the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. He began in general prosecution where he prosecuted everything from DUIs, domestic violence, and traffic violations in Magistrates and Municipal Courts to more serious assaults, burglaries, and property crimes in General Sessions Court.

Mark then became head of Greenville County’s Drug Unit. He prosecuted drug cases ranging from simple possession, to drug distribution and manufacturing, to complex narcotics trafficking and conspiracies.

Mark followed his assignment as head of the Drug Unit by serving as Deputy Solicitor of Pickens County. While managing the Pickens Office, he continued to try major drug felonies while also prosecuting serious and high-profile violent cases including murder, kidnapping, sexual assault, and felony DUI.

Back in Greenville County, Mark spent more than 15 years heading the Violent Crimes Unit while also managing a team of trial attorneys. He continued to try some of the most serious and high-profile violent crimes which included multi-defendant murders and armed robberies, child sexual assault, child pornography, burglary, carjacking, and kidnapping. Mark closed out his prosecuting career serving as interim Deputy Solicitor of the Greenville Solicitor’s Office. Mark’s experience includes:
